Thales Panda Transportation System Co., Ltd. (TPTS) is a Joint-venture company set up in early 2005 by Thales Transportation Systems S.A. (member of Security Division, THALES Group) and Panda Electronics. TPTS specialized in AFC (Auto Fare Collection) systems for public transportation. 泰雷兹熊猫交通系统有限公司是法国泰雷兹集团和南京熊猫电子集团于2005年初成立的合资公司，致力于城市公共交通系统中自动售检票系统的生产和研发。

Thales is a world leader in AFC (Automatic Fare Collection) systems for public transport.
