- Assist customer service to confirm the container on board;
- Keep overseas agent timely informed on the shipment progress;
- Make sailing advise;
- Send pre-alert to overseas agent with relevant documents attached like Sailing Advise, HB/L, MB/L;
- Issue invoice or credit note and send it together with the sailing advice to the overseas agent;
- Confirm HB/L with shipper;
- Confirm MB/L of shipping line;
- Send invoice copy to shipper;
- Send original invoice and HB/L to shipper after receiving shipper's bank slip;
- Issue invoice / credit note in Riege system, and send to overseas agent;
- Input RMB reserve and print out the cover page, apply for PII to Hong Kong and revert Reserve into cost / sales.
